Why did you hide my comment and why havent I received my refund?

Is this a way of telling me that you stole my money and will do nothing to solve this problem?

Two years dude, TWO YEARS!!!

What is up with that? Am I not allowed to be angry and get a refund for a commission you didn't provide?

I truely appologize for this, i was about to send it to you but you just me that note the other day.
